Thomas consults with various organizations on how to understand customer needs and drive cultural and business process actions to meet those needs and achieve long-term revenue growth.
Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer experience, business process improvement, and engineering from top Fortune 100 companies like AT&T, Bank of America, GE and TIAA-CREF. Thomas has strengths leading teams, developing business systems and providing strategic analytics.
Thomas, a native of Louisville, KY, received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in electrical engineering from the University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Thomas is a board of director member for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Western Carolinas.
